Triangle Resolutions, LLC provides licensed and Board Certified mental health counseling, education, resource development, and assessment in the Tampa Bay area, to rapidly reduce and effectively eliminate problematic responses of the mind.

The mission of Triangle Resolutions, LLC is to provide high quality mental health counseling treatment that involves spirit, mind and body healing. Through Triangle Resolutions, you will have access to clinicians, certified and trained in wide ranging treatment options such as Clinical Hypnosis, Rapid Resolution Therapy™, Rapid Trauma Resolution™ & Clinical Brainspotting™. Specializations include adult psychotherapy, gambling problems, trauma, anxiety, youth emotional and behavior problems, Play Therapy, Autism and parenting support.

Treatment Approach

Our primary treatment is brief (shorter number of visits) with physiological (mind/body connection) counseling sessions that bring about significant healing within shorter periods of time. While these approaches do not work for everyone, many patients struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, disruptive behavior, focus, guilt, grief, self esteem, relationships, trauma, substance and gambling problems have obtained rapid relief and positive change.

Emotional and behavior therapy is also provided for adolescents and children via design of emotional tool development, behavioral plans, Play Therapy, and parenting empowerment through specialized treatment for: ADHD/ADD, aggression, adjustment to family changes, conduct, trauma, and anger management. Availability

New clients are accepted via appointment only. Outpatient counseling treatment services are scheduled upon contact via phone or email for morning, midday, afternoon, and early evening appointments. When availability is limited, new clients will be automatically added to our waiting list, with referral options to other specialized Tamap Bay area clinicians. Waiting list patients usually are given notice of openings within 1 - 24 hours.

Insurances

Our office currently participates with the following insurers:

Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, MHNet, Multiplan, Tricare, & Wellpoint.

If your insurance is not listed, our office can also verify for any available out of network coverage with those non listed insurance carriers.

Low Cost Therapy

Triangle Resolutions has a commitment to bring healing opportunities to all those in need and offers low cost therapy to those without insurance coverage or financial means to pay for services.

Location

Our specialized outpatient psychotherapy is provided in Riverview, Florida, within the South Shore area of Tampa Bay, conveniently located directly off of I-75. Local South Shore area communities served include: Apollo Beach, Brandon, FishHawk, Gibsonton, Lithia, Riverview, Ruskin, Sun City, Tampa, and Valrico, FL.
